Yogurt Dressing

High in protein and fast to make, the yogurt dressing is a simple, delicious, whole-foods dressing that can fit into a wide array of healthy eating patterns. It can be easily adapted using a variety of herbs and seasonings.

Yogurt Dressing

In a small bowl, combine:

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/8 cup water to thin

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • optional shredded cucumber and fresh parsley for garnish

Other variations, using the same proportion of yogurt and water:

  • use 1 tbsp Siracha sauce for a spicy kick

  • for Turkish flair, add 1 tbsp harissa paste

  • for an Indian-inspired version, add 1 tsp cumin,1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp garam masala
