Nori Paper Wraps
Are you tired of sandwich bread or tortilla wraps for the usual lunch box fixings? Why not try high-fiber, nutritious nori paper, made from dried seaweed, as the outer wrap for common lunch ingredients?
Best known for its use in sushi making, nori paper is a great wrap alternative. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, and C and is a source of zinc, iron, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. A single sheet has less than 1 calorie and 1 gram of carbs. You don't need sticky rice to make it hold together - a little dab of mayo or other moisture does the trick. What filling do you like best?!
